THE VISUAL

 

The visual shows a single drop of water falling into a pool of water.  We do not know the precise nature of the pool, it could be a ‘swimming pool,’ a ‘lake’ or a calm backwater of ‘sea’ or ‘river.’  It matters not, since what is important is the effect this drop of water has on this pool of still water. 

 

The drop hits the water – the stillness is disturbed.  One could actually use the term the calm water ‘erupts’ into activity.  Then are felt the ‘aftershocks’ – the 'rippling effect' throughout the once calm, still water – which is no longer calm and still. 

 

We see the rippling effect – beautifully expanding concentric circles – in harmony with one another – operating to change that ‘environment.’  The pool is no longer calm and still it has been 'energized' – 'changed' – what are the effects of this drop of water? – we do not know the full extent, we do not know how far the rippling effect ranges – but what we do know, is that the once still water is forever changed.

 

This visual is a powerful metaphor for what can be achieved by an individual (apparently inert drop of water.)  One drop can change the pool, one individual can change an entire community/environment, given the right 'moment' and 'time.'

 

– The metaphor/message is clear, you are not as ‘powerless’ as you may ‘feel.’

 

THE TEXT

 

Lines 1-2

‘You are not

Just a drop in the ocean –‘

​

However, powerless you may feel – that feeling is actually an ‘illusion’ – the ‘Universe’/’Cosmos’ is fractal in nature – you are a ‘seed’ of the ‘whole’ – and are as ‘powerful’ as any of the most ‘powerful’ elements/objects/aspects – you may ‘observe.’  Thus, as a ‘seed’ of the ‘Cosmos’ – you ‘contain’ within you the power of the Sun – the expansiveness of the Oceans – the Purity of ‘Running Waters’ the Preciousness – of the most valued ‘minerals’ - ‘gold’ ‘rubies,’ ‘sapphires…’

The ripple –‘

The ‘power’ of the ripple is Infinite – its effect is way way way – beyond that which can be perceived by the eye.  We know that every action – has an effect on everything else – since we are all interconnected – thus an inability to see the effect is not relevant.  We effect change constantly – simply by ‘Being.’  We can ‘negate’ those effects by failing to recognize our ‘Power’ - which we exhibit by constantly affecting and influencing our environment and surroundings – therefore one way of seizing/taking back ‘Power’ – from the illusion of ‘non-power’ (because that is what it is – an illusion!)  One way to seize it – is to simply recognize that you have it! – That you refuse – do not consent – to its ‘removal from you.’ – There – you have just acknowledged your true Self.  'You can Seize back your Power - through your Knowing!'

The ripple – a powerful metaphor of your 'Power' – remember it.

Line 5:

 

‘That can change the world.’

 

This understanding follows on from the previous 2 lines – you cannot only change the world – but you can do greater still - you can affect change throughout the entire 'Cosmos!' – You are changing the Cosmos – simply by your Existence – if therefore, you do not have the ‘appearance’ of ‘changing the world’ – that is your choice but I hear you ask –

 

‘if we can all change the world – whose in charge?’
